How do I return an item for store credit or an exchange?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable for store credit or an exchange?
-Black Friday Sale items are final and are not eligible for an exchange, credit or refund
- You can return your items within 25 days of us shipping your order
- They must be in original condition
- Unwashed and unworn- In the original packaging
- Sanitary liner intact
- Not stained or soiled
Please note we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on design your bikini orders or orders with customisation for the customer. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
Are there any charges for returns for store credit or an exchange?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my store credit or an exchange?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, we will email you with either your store credit code to use at leniswims.com.au or regarding your exchange.
