Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on bikinis for store credit or exchange.
Please note we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on design your bikini orders or orders with customisation for the customer.
Please note all final sale items or discounted items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
You have 25 days from the date we ship your bikinis to start a return.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping costs.
If any exchange is out of stock a store credit will be automatically issued, please note we can't guarantee stock.
We recommend you use trackable shipping as Leni Swims is not liable for packages lost in transit.
Item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. Sanitary liners must also be intact.
For sanitary reasons we ask that you please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Please email email@example.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
Any faults after a month will not be accepted.
Leni Swims will provide you with a shipping label to return faulty swimwear for an exchange of the same swimsuit.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.
Please note we are unable to cancel or alter an order one it has been placed. Please review your order before placing it.
